Country in colour is a piece is inspired from the country we grew up on and the interconnectedness we share with our environment and how the country and land we live on is absorbed into our being and fibres. The variation of colours capture the many different colours celebrate all the colours on country.

About the Artist
Meet Leah Cummins, a proud Mayi woman from North-Western Queensland, who channels her cultural identity into vibrant art, weaving tales of strength, love for the land, and resilience. Her creations seamlessly blend traditional and contemporary styles, each piece forming a rich tapestry of storytelling that transcends cultural boundaries.
